Llermanxs Varela - CEO
Mr. Llermanxs Varela hold a Master Mariner license. He graduated from Venezuelan Nautical School in June 1996. After his nautical school, He did one year experience in operation department in La Guaira Port, Venezuela. From September 1997 until December 1999, he joined the Seaboard Marine LTD Fleet of Ro-Ro Vessels and Containers Vessels as a Junior Deck Officer. In September 2000 commenced his seafarer journey in the Maersk Gas Carrier fleet under Venezuelan Flag until November 2010. A hard decision was taken and Capt. Varela faced a exciting challenge to move to the Maritime consultancy.
In January 2011, he joined Consemar Group based in Caracas, Venezuela and he performed P&I club services, Harmonized Audits for Vessels and Offshore Units and pre-vetting jobs. He got his Accreditation for CDI Gas Carriers in the Shanghai Course in year 2012. He got his Accreditation of OCIMF SIRE Category I oil, Chemical and Gas Carriers on April 2013. Recently, He got his Rightship Accreditation in May 2025.
